The Time cleats on my Kursks do still touch the ground slightly, but then again, I only got the shoes a week ago and the cleats are brand new so once they're worn in a bit it shouldn't sound like I'm tap dancing everywhere.
The shoes also feel no-where near as safe and secure as my Specialized MTB shoes (but I guess that's obvious!)
