Ed - hope you're doing ok. I broke 2 ribs (not cycling related) 3 years ago and it bloody hurts. They didn't bother with the x-ray (I already cost the NHS way too much money) and could tell they were clearly broken.
Ladies - when's the next ride? May I request that either it's a short one OR that it goes via somewhere I could dip out and get a train back if needed as I'm a little out of practice since the USA road-trip wonderfulness!
