speaking of time-limited bus lanes why is it that when a car is allowed in a bus lane most people find it perfectly acceptable to use it for undertaking other vehicles at/over the speed limit?

not saying you are amongst them wvm but I find the most dangerous driving I see on deptford church street is after 7.01pm and performed by complete bellends exerting their godmunicipal given right to be in a bus lane by flooring it to get two car lengths ahead of the traffic in front of them.

I see exactly the same thing but at the other end of the day and have seen some horrendous near misses. I pass through Deptford around 6:45. The worse near misses though are generally the can't read / tell the time brigade turning sharp left straight across a bus lane when it's outside the prescribed times and being nearly wiped out by an undertaking vehicle or worse still, nearly taking out a cyclist. I am guilty of undertaking but I do pottle as opposed to turbo nutter bastard mode.
