  • Approaching end of the first week of giving a diet a proper crack. Will weigh myself on Friday morning - 14 stone 2 pounds last week. Too heavy. Too much belly.

    Can feel the weight loss already - not eating between meals, haven't had a beer in a few days. Can't pretend I couldn't murder a sweaty burger during every waking moment, or gnaw my own arm off. But still, it's fun.

    No it isn't.
