Just got this frame a ciocc Columbus aelle tubing, from abit of research seems like a designer, but never heard of a ciocc with aelle tubing, is has gipiemme drop outs and the ciocc pantograph seat stays where it meets the seat tube, under the bottom bracket and the forks, it's stamped under the bottom bracket with the number 48, and under that 4 4 in a line! Any help to identifying year and model would be appreciate it!
