No, I don't know if it is Hübner's.
But it's similar and I don't know if there are so many of these frames.
I thought just a few for DDR Nationalkader riders.
And Hübner rode a while for "Villiger", didn't he ?
But even if it belonged to another rider, it's still nice, isn't it ?

yes it's quite nice ... had a quite similar one ... not too rare in my opinion though.
finding a matching fork might be a bit difficult.
