Fantastic thread good to see riders appreciate the finer things in life, namely techno.
Anyone from the North (Leeds) ever go to this night?
or this night in Morley
Oh the days...

I used to go to Orbit when it was in Ossett - Ventnor way. Pre-techno times really. Crazy days. Up there with early Shelleys as best club I've evert been to.

^^I went to a 'regular' Hawtin set at The End a while back, and it was OK at best. Still, I was glad I went, although it wasn't a patch on Jeff Mills the week before, which blew it out the water.
For all you getting misty-eyed about The Orbit, here's a taster of something;

The Orbit's one of the few places I wish I went to, along with Trade.

Are you still in Leeds then? There's not much happening now apart from the odd night at the Mint Club and there's a couple of underground places out LS10 way. It tends to be the same names on rotation here.

Errr, sorry, it is not possible to criticise Drexciya. If you want swing look elsewhere buddy.
Well, James Stinson died in 2002 so that might be tricky!
