tomorrow me bogey and harvey are finishing off lights meeting at screwfix at 1. and on tuesday we are meeting somewhere at 1 for court stuff

We've managed to mount all the new 6x 400w Metal Halides lamps on the ceiling of our court . Getting to fit 4 new bulbs tomorrow , so hopefully that will be all done . I must say the new lights are amazing , very bright in there now . We have to now transfer the old lights onto the romsey girls side .

We have a list of Jobs to do not sure who is allocated to them or what?

Getting the portaloo emptied
New nets found and fitted
Collecting pallets ( tueday 1pm at screwfix )
Trip to the cash and carry for cafe and bar stuff
Sort out Beer
Badge making (RV + ? )
Ask Billys for prizes (RV )

I've got a bookers card to if you want me to sort any shopping out let me know.

hopefully, should finish everything by thursday if were lucky.

we still have a lot to do though...

most importantly, tuesday night should be for giving the court a proper clean once we've finished all the high level stuff. i will get a load of cheap general purpose cleaning liquid from Asda on tuesday. It would be good if we could get a group of moppers to attack it in one evening

Fire hose?! If we want beer get in contact with Mark at moonshine brewery and he'll sort us out. Wish i could be more help but i fly to America Tuesday and am back on the Friday before the tournament!

We are both available on Tuesday night to help with mopping.

As for water it might be difficult as i'm not actually working, but i'll send a text to the watch working night shift and see if they can help us out.
Do we have access to any water at all at the court?

Looking quite positive for the water situation. If they ok it we'll just use the hose reels off the sides of the pump, they're quite powerful. We'll have to be as quick as we can as they're obviously operational so might get called away.

Jo that would be great if we can hose it down! We only have three large empty bottles, no water at all nearby. I did a test mop today and it worked much better than the dry mop, me angelo and luca will be at the court pretty much from 2 onwards tomorrow so we could start early if the appliance is able to be there earlier?

Bogey all good for using the hose. They don't start till 6 so probably looking at about 7ish really is that ok? I'll come down as well. Is it the quantity of water you want or the pressure? Was just thinking where is all the water gonna go? I know you've got mops but not sure this will be enough, what do you reckon?

cant we just fill the water jugs with a garden hose? does no-one have one? sneak into rv's or ask hippies? 4 gal water is probably enough. does a court full of water wreck the particle board sides? can be there 7pm to help.

Is anyone going to volunteer to stay in the warehouse over the weekend to be our security? I'm getting asked by teams about staying in the warehouse friday night as well as Saturday.

I think RV said he would fill up the large water jugs we've got by the court, it would be good to hit the whole thing in one go though. As far as I can tell we've only one mop..

So shall i tell the watch we still need the fire engine?

I've got a stand pipe and key to get water direct from a hyrandrant . This is also illegal and would be frowned upon by a member of our fire services ..... Oops !
