Quite true. Which is why I need to try and understand from you the ways in which things could be better if only the tools or policies existed. Clearly I won't do what all want, it's more about trying to understand the problem and then me trying to figure out what could be the solution.
A bit like the Ford quote, "If I'd asked my customers what they wanted they would have said a faster horse.".
