El_diablo - I have a pair of 8 speed deore XT rapid fires in good nick, just looked to find a photo of them though and came accross an ebay aution that went for £43...! did you have a budget in mind?

also, for those others on your thread, I have a pair of Deore 9 speed brifters if anyone wants them, VGC barely used etc...
