  • i have been doing yoga and pilates for years, a fair bit of cycling - still no six pack

    i am not an ectomorph - have given up on the holy grail of the six pack

    guys with ripped muscles occasionally try to do a yoga or pilates class, but despite having lots of external muscle the middle aged dears who have done the classes for a while can out do them in most of the exercises that require core strength

    functional muscle > beach muscle
