  • Well, your core temp seems to be linked to sleep. It drops when you're asleep, so you often feel cold when you awake.

    Also, I remember some study where it was found that the reason a bath before bedtime helps sleep is due to the post bath drop in core temperature. The bath raises your core temperature which rapidly drops afterwards, this was linked with the release of sleep hormones.
