i have commuted most days since feb not always leaving the house at exactly the same time sometime he passes me at bow church sometimes at mile end i've even with the wind behind me had him pass along the embankment as i turn right to trafalgar he goes straight on and there are no further turns before parlaiment sq. so i can trace his journey that far
if anyone is crossing westminster bridge at 7.20am please keep and aye out and let me know which way he turns
if i park in the cycle box in front of traffic he will undertake / pass closely .. when i address him about his unsavoury vbehaviour he tells me i should fuck off out of his way
he is admittedly very short so i think he has one of those inferiority complexes about his height issue angry short bloke ... the very worst
and i am a peaceable person kicking him off would just get me into trouble and that is contrary to the way i want things to happen
