Yep Poots, I totally failed to mention the other massive plus- only £3! Less than a pint!
You just need to 'like' the fb page and every week pop a note on the wall to say you're coming- occasionally it's just too damn popular and Helen puts a cap on numbers as too many people means not enough space to throw shapes. Average attendance is about 30 for the earlier session and the later one tends to be a bit quieter.
Plus there's scope for ddpp followed by SEs or norths.
