bb is clean, besides its covered with this hideous rattle can job anyway. some scuffs indicate baby blue colour underneath, also I have bought it as a french frame..its really light, possibly 531, nervex pro, but thats all i know. think these braze-ons are quite original, maybe that would be a help?
