For Sale: Cannondale Synapse 2012 - Brand new

Hello LFGSS, what a fine evening it is.

..not really, i'm freezing my f**kin' arse off.

Anyway, I'm selling a bike which a friend got from the insurance as a pay out after he got his bike stolen. Took it as a chance to get a new full carbon steed and now doesn't need this.

Here is his description:

Hi,
I got a brand new 2012 Cannondale Synapse Tiagra from an insurance company after my old bike got stolen. Its not available in most bike retailers yet but the retail price online is £950 and I'm willing to sell it for £725 or best offer. I can mail with a box but you'd have to pay for delivery costs or a cash on collection can be done anywhere around London.

My friend is based near Richmond Park, SW15.

Frame size info is sort of a tradition round these parts when buying a bike

I mean he has got himself a carbon bike, and got the new Cannondale from the insurance company - so he got two new bikes at the same. He has decided to keep the carbon one, and parting with the new Cannondale - aka the bike in this thread.

Also the price you're selling it at. No bidding, no 'best offer', just a price.

I've tried to tell him that before I posted the thread up..

bikes traditionaly lose 30% to 60% of there value once left shop /factory unless its a drop dead gorgeous ltd edition carbon titanium flying machine but then may only hold value if some one else likes it

He has decided to price drop and listened to me (and all of you).
Now £725.
