There's a new workout craze in town and it's AWESOME fun!
Started in the States a while ago, Dance Dance Party Party is an hour of dancing round your living room, but in a room with other girls and to a really loud playlist and with disco lights. And it's only £4.
No boys, no booze, no judgement is the tagline, and it's sort of like a dance workout but without an instructor- you just dance and work up a sweat like in a club/ on a dancefloor, wearing your old leggings and scruttty trainers.
There's one in Dalston on Wednesday nights, and there are extremely vague plans to start a sister one in Peckham or thereabouts. There's a new one in Vauxhall too.
