I concur with this review. I bought these for my track bike, with the view of only ever using it at HH. Then after selling my daily hack it became my only ride. Skidding on R1's is indeed ridiculous, as it means these tyres then have the puncture protection of a balloon. Great tyres though if you use them on the right bike in the right way!

Took them out on wet roads, on a night ride, on Friday. Hit a few corners far too fast, yet did'nt die. Which was nice.
