am assuming he rides fucking slowly, trick bmx's tend to have a a low gearing (hence they can stop using a foot and no brakes)
to be fair, fixed without foot retention means the bike is probably a shoreditch poodle, a hipster fashion accessory to be seen as he struts/minces around with it
