The argument is a pointless one in any case - 99% of all contemporary bike manufacturer logotyepes are set in an italicised, heavy sans-serif typeface. They all look the same - you only have to look at what's happened to the Merckx logo - it's just another logotype in a sea of similar ones now. With Boardman, it's not to do with the graphics, it's do with how common they are and the damage the brand suffers from being associated exclusively with Halfords in the UK - and being relentlessly plugged on cheap ITV Tour coverage. That is all.
Most of the brands you listed are well and truly out reach for the majority cost-wise and are specialised hand built affairs. You can't use them as comparisons.
