Ange and I are putting an iPod playlist together, we have a fair bit of music between us but maybe not enough for a whole weekend without alot or repetition. If you would like to hear something then PM me suggestions and I will try to acquire it. The majority of it should be of female bands or female vocalists but not all.

Ok gang, so officially this all kicks off at 9am (that's when registration, bike checks etc begin).

However, anyone feeling like an early rise will do them good - we're setting up shop from 7.30am at Newington. We definitely could do with some extra hands to set up gazebos, tables, generators, computer screens, cargo'ing stuff to and from Ry-Ry's shop, so come on down for an early morning start!

Prediction: Dublinkevin will already be playing solo polo when you guys arrive on Saturday morning

Oh sure, it was just suggestions for the playlist we are creating. More input the better.

Attention all teams!

Please note that we are playing the LHBPA rules, which differ very slightly from the NAH rules, specifically relating to overtime.
**

1. Overtime
   7.1 – A game will go into overtime if it is a tied match on the elimination rounds.
   7.2 – When the time runs out, the referee must announce the beginning of overtime by calling “golden goal”.
   7.2.1 – The game continues into "extra time" without interruption.
   7.3 – The match will be decided by the first team to score.**
   
   

We will NOT stop the game at the end of regulation time, and restart with a joust, as in the NAH rules.

I would also draw all teams' attention to the following:

2.4 – Player safety gear.
2.4.1 – Helmets are mandatory.
2.4.2 – Further body protection is recommended.
2.5 – Uniforms.
2.5.1 – Teams are required to wear matching colors.**

In the event that there are two teams wearing the same colour (both teams in black, for example), one team will change strip, or wear coloured bibs (supplied by the tournament organisers).

John H has the bibs, can you bring them John? (Unless you have more bibs Bill?)
