The Token stem is really the poorest quality stem I have ever owned. Hardware is M5 stainless and the heads have been machined so really not confidence inspiring in any way. None of the bolts seat properly against the stem body so god knows what stresses they are all under. The chrome has already cracked in places where the aluminium underneath is under tension. As the stem is chromed inside and out, it is prone to slipping and i've had to tighten all the hardware beyond the recommended torque settings. All in it is a massive bag of shit which will be replaced very soon. (if anyone can recommend a 90mm x 10° stem, available in anodised blue that is not the Hope one with the ugly laser etched logos and ugly cutouts, It would be massively apreciated)
Chainset on the otherhand has been very good. It is made for Stronglight by Sugino and it is exactly the same as the Sugino XD2 chainset (has the XD2 casting on the back). I will however be upgrading this eventually. If you can recommend a hollow axle chainset, with outboard bottom bracket, that works with the overall look of the bike and also gives a 53mm chainline, I would be eternaly greatful!!! (small pcd would be best as I'm planning to do some cyclocross soon)
