Interparcel is just a website. You choose your courier and service through them. You can choose services with tracking numbers, compensation etc.

just out of curiousity what weight did you go for on the boxed frameset? Surely no more than 5 kg?

Correct. My box was 110x25x60 and I called it 4.5kg – which was a guess. I have no idea what it really weighed, but with some companies <5kg incurs a big price jump.

I paid £18 with £280 compensation for next day delivery elsewhere in the UK. I think DHL collected.

RIght... NEVER USE INTERPARCEL!

They are totally shite.

Twice now they have taken my money and then not picked up an item in the UK, which they say is due to a technical error.

Also, just sent something to Greece- taken 15 days on 3-4day service and no refund as they say its a customs issue. Apparently they needed a Greek phone number on the delivery information- which Interparcel failed to mention and only brought it up after i phoned 4 times!!!

Crap service, crap customer services- dont go near them
