RIght... NEVER USE INTERPARCEL!
They are totally shite.
Twice now they have taken my money and then not picked up an item in the UK, which they say is due to a technical error.
Also, just sent something to Greece- taken 15 days on 3-4day service and no refund as they say its a customs issue. Apparently they needed a Greek phone number on the delivery information- which Interparcel failed to mention and only brought it up after i phoned 4 times!!!
Crap service, crap customer services- dont go near them
