A court case against two cycle couriers

I got shunted from behind at a set of red lights where pedestrians where crossing. The driver had been revving his engine and sounding his horn while I was decelerating to come to a stop at the lights. I called the Police s the driver felt he was right to hit me from behind and wanted to leave the scene. Rounded up 3 witnesses and took photos of the damage to bike.

Not enough evidence to pursue.

This and various offer situations have lead me to conclude that this country is a joke and I might as well emigrate.
