Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

I saw two cyclists run 5 sets of red lights without even stopping! this morning, one nearly ran a pedestrain over but it did'nt stop him running the next se after that. I give them a round of applause for there excellent riding.

How did you keep up???? ;P
