My younger brother makes music EXACTLY like this. In fact, if I close my eyes its really hard to tell apart. He is totally unlearned regarding any musical concept. He cannot play any instrument/clap in time to a rhythm. I tried to get him to sing a major scale (do re mi etc) in what should be his key. He could only manage a vocal range of about 3 notes.
But he is totally into hip hop, reggaton, lil wayne/t-pain stuff, chris brown and all that stuff. And tries to emulate it, with hilarious results.
