On the North American website you can order bags of replacement studs, 12 to a bag.
If they post me three bags of studs I'll happily plug them in, and put the tyres in a cupboard* until it snows.
*This is a lie, I'll hang them off something, then have to move them somewhere else, then hang them on something else/repeat ad-infinitum
