I didn't want to lace it radially, just didn't had time yet to buy the spokes for the other side.
See, on the cog-side of the 16h shamal the spokes are single-crossed spoked. On the other side, left, the spokes are radially spoked.
So all your missing are the 8 spokes that should be single-crossed.
