I'm building up my first beater at the moment, I have a complete bike i bought from ebay standard 80's racer with 531 tubing and I'm looking at whether I should replace the front wheel as well as the rear. My choices are a pair of weinman dp18's on quando hubs, a halo aero track rear wheel or a hand built wheel from v sprint with a dp18 on a novatec rear hub all for pretty much the same price.
opinions?
