Have to confess to attempting to bowl like Graham Dilley down my local rec in sunny Kent when I were a lad, until I realised that I couldn't do it and went with wrist spin.
RIP Graham

Graham Norton? Was he that Irish guy who had a rather unfunny chat show a few years back? I thought he died ages ago. RIP.

Are you going to move all the musicians and TV stars who have died to the TV or Music threads?
Seems like a bit of a pissy decision to make.

Unless Steve Jobs was in Supervixens, today should be Charles Napier day.

It is kind of pissy... but then when the 3 other major sites I read now have 4 pages of Steve Jobs news, quotes, insights, innovations, patents and chance encounters. Well, I have information bias and LFGSS is the one place in which it is not only pretty contained, but also could be contained (by me).
So I agree with you, but I'm still merging.

Fair enough.. at least your honest about it :)

A visionary.
We were discussing this at work today and concluded that Richie did far more for the computing industry than Steve Jobs ever did, yet there will be no mass outpouring of grief, nor will it be the headline on the Today programme in the morning.
A shame.

For inventing c and unix i'm surprised he hasn't spent the last 20 years in a maximum security wing of the local home for the criminally bewildered.
Dilley and Bert. sad day :-(
