Right, on Sunday I did the ROTFL short course, then on Monday I did my supermarket run- and was really happy with it, averaged 7:26 minutes per mile.
Went out again today, same course, way harder than yesterday:

Which I suppose just serves to illustrate that cycling and running are very different activities.
If I went out and ran the same course tomorrow would that achieve anything, or would I be better served going to the gym instead?
