hi all,
just finished restoring this nice little legnano and now it's up for sale to fund other projects, i went for a test ride yesterday and it's a lovely ride.
the bike is completely original apart from the consumables (cables, chain and tires)which are new and the cinelli unicato saddle which i have re-done in suede leather as it's original cover was in dreadful conditions.
The wheels have been rebuilt with new spokes.
the only downside of the bike is that the paintwork is in discussable conditions, it would really need a respry but since i could not find original stickers to replace i did not have the courage to have it done hence the price.

the frame is 52cm ctc seat tube and 54cm ctc top tube, tubi trafilati Falck tubes, campagnolo dropouts.
drive: front and rear mechs are campagnolo 980, campagnolo downtube levers, 5sp regina oro freewheel and new kmc chain
hubs, cranks and bb are ofmega (legnano pantographed)
headset is gipiemme
stem and bars ar 3ttt
brakes are universal super 68 and brake levers campagnolo with original hoods
