Edit: *It doesn't. Clamp is too wide to fit the round part of the Scatto

i had a look at this bike in Lausanne today, and it made me think how quickly it would get stolen in London...

There are so many nice old racers out here, its going to take a lot of effort for me to not buy one before the end of the year...
