If you do want to run tubs, I'd highly recommend getting something else other than the Rallys. They're lumpy around the valve hole, cut up easily and don't grip well in the wet. The Continental Sprinter is a good general riding/commuting tub, and will last longer than a couple of Rallys.
I take a pre-glued spare and a can of Vittoria Pit Stop with me.
