If anyone is interested, I building a ACS bmx hub from CRC to a sputnik rim, here is the spoke length data:
Spoke hole ø: 2.4
Rigida Sputnik
Effective rim ø: 600
Offset spoke bed: 0

Crosses - Right - Left - Tension L/R
0 - 268.1 - 268.1 - 100%
1 - 269.3 - 269.3 - 100%

I'll confirm this calculation from EDD when built up sometime this week

I'm using sapim leader from spa cycles, and a 3 cross pattern.
I ordered 278mm, they came a bit short, 1/2mm of thread is still showing so I expect to be breaking some nipples. I would recommend using 280mm .
