Bicycle Film Festival Alleycat (2011 London)

Hey everybody! I am Italian but I am staying in Southampton for a Master in Ocean Science. In Italy I race a lot in alleycats but I bet they are not comparable to the ones here in UK. Anyways I have seen that there will be this race during the BFF so I thought that I might participate.
How much will it cost to bring the bike on the train? Where can I buy a good map of the city?

That's cool I just moved to London a bit more than two weeks ago. The traffic is different, but if you follow somebody you'll be able to copy their lines in traffic. Don't expect to know the streets, nevertheless get yourself an A-Z booklet, in case you get completely lost and just want to return to the BFF.
