For Sale: Schwinn Madison 2009 54cm frame

I'm selling the frame and forks of my Schwinn (well, I gradually replaced all the other parts):

Top tube and seat tube are both 54cm c-t-c. It's a chromoly steel frame, rides nicely. There are quite a few dings in the paint and a thrown chain tore some chunks out of the paintwork around the right stay and bottom bracket. For that reason, I'm only asking £40. With the paint touched up, or a respray, it'd make a nice commuter fixie (that's what I used it for, though I've also ridden it from London to Brighton and other coastal destinations), or you could just slap some stickers on it and use it as a pub or polo bike.

Just to be clear: frame, forks and headset are for sale. Not the crankset, stem or anything else attached to the bike.

Last time I tried to sell something on the forum, I was messed around for weeks by people who kept promising to turn up and never did, or to pm me and never got back and so on. razuuu-one will remember, since he had first dibs on the wheels but gave up his spot to somebody who really wanted them, only never collected. Anyway, I'm not going to give much time to people who say dibs but don't check back to see if they're 1st in line, or people who don't respond to pms. If you aren't going to pay attention to a sale, don't get involved.

OK, sacredheart has dropped out after taking a closer look at the frame and realising it isn't quite the spec s/he was lookng for. Perfectly good reason.
