I've bought a Cinelli Lola bar and Campag TT Brake Lever. Unfortunately it looks as though the brake lever is internal cable routing only, and the Lola doesn't have an exit for the cable.
Can I just drill a hole in the bar for the cable to come out of ? I was thinking of drilling a hole on the bottom of the bar, to the right of the stem (for a front brake).
