From the stats looks heavy as hell. 3.7Kg for frame and forks?! Can't comment on the geo.
I'd say even if it's the same standard as the unipack/create should probably be OK, the problems with cheap bikes is usually components disintegrating and falling off, not the frame it's self...
So yeah, not ridden one I'm fraid but FWIW you'll probably get what you see... You'll probably be sick of it quickly and wish you'd saved up to but something decent.
Though for a hundred quid you'd probably be better having a look in the classifieds section and waiting for something your size, but you don't seem type?
