Sorry, headset volume. By comparison, my iPod plays music deafeningly (to others) loud, but my phone is frustratingly quiet. It's like when there's a jukebox in a pub and the music is just not loud enough to be heard properly over the background noise. If I'm sitting in my quiet room then it's plenty loud but for the whole point of headphones are for when I don't want to listen to every other cunt's conversation or the sound of the train. It's infuriating on the train!
I can't use my iPod because I'm too lazy to take it out of my car's glovebox.
