I think there's few enough numbers for just the one train. It arrives in Victoria at 18:53, so grab a space as soon as you can. You don't have to wait until 19:00 to go through the barriers, just tell them what train you're catching.
Doors will open on the right hand side for all stations before Otford which will be on the left.
