I'm after a smaller bike for my 5'7" (30" ish inside leg so 54cm frame?) friend for our touring next year. A Dawes would be perfect, anything under £150 considered.
Preferably full bike but a cheap frame would also be doable, I just need something with mudguard and rack braze ons.
