Wanted: fairly cheap bits to finish a build

yo, I just aquired my new frame

woooooooooooo

however due to unforseen circumstances I am now out of a job, so am after a few cheap bits and pieces to finish it, just so i have a complete bike until i can find another source of income to finish it properly.
So whats i need is:
Rear fixed wheel
English threaded BB, around 106-110
crankset w/without chainring
27.2 seatpost
oh and a 25.4 to 26mm shim please

all i ask, no matter how tatty, is that their in good working order
