I know it's so superficial, but asides from the pre-80s ones, Raleigh are just so uncool I could never pay money for one.
Even specialized have more street cred, and at least with Ribble there's a thrift cred. It's a bit like having umbro as a sponsor.
That said those retro ones are ok.
