Nonsense. My Essex Afterworkers are full of pee stops.
Anyway I don't think it's men signing up that's putting women off; more the fact that not that many women actively use this forum. The only way you'd get more is by pushing it out elsewhere; targeted mailshots to female LCC members, that kind of thing. Or you could go the whole hog and set up a whole programme of women's rides and flyer women only bike shop evenings, social media, spin classes at gyms.
I should probably be doing this for the afterworkers but working full-time, riding bikes and going to the pub a lot seems to take up a lot of time.
