DA (or Ultegra) would probably give the best shifting too. One reason for Rotor perhaps is that all these bikes are using the bb30 bottom bracket shells which AFAIK shimano haven't taken advantage of yet.
I actually agree with Tester here. Ritte are an exclusive boutique brand with individual styling. Rotor fit that image well. I'm trying not to use the expression 'product identity' here, but I'm thinking it.
