I Love Polo

Cheers for sorting me out with a bike Joni and plenty of offers for parts etc. to get me back in the game. Less than a week after I lost my bike I am back on the courts again. Vindicates my move to London as bike polo was the factor which swayed my decision.

A good a place as any to say that everyone in Bike Polo rules! On a little comedown from the LO when we went on tour a few weeks ago, my team and I even re-enacted "short shorts polo" when we were feeling glum on long days but players meeting us in different cities, Bremen guys coming to play in the pouring rain, Brussels guys giving us a place to stay in desperate times, Rik and Jule from Berlin being super welcoming when we finally arrived and Rouen coming over to play when we got back this week has just been amazing...thankyou all! Now just counting the days until Hell's Belles. x

I'm loving polo so much right now but my body absolutely hates it... In a shitload of pain after playing Mid-Octane™ last night... Gah!!!! :(

I love bike polo as it's a year to the day that I first tried it and in that year I've met some awesome people, had a lot of fun and managed to play a sport against some of the best players in the world and almost seemed like I knew what I was doing.
Most importantly of all, I have discovered chan-tagging.
