Ha ha...thanks for the support Ludwig but I did eat a bucket of HTFU and felt surprisingly fine on the way up. Hopefully I'll feel ok after a good night of sleep.

Had to duck off last night to watch the footy, prolly for the best anyway, didn't want another heavy night drinking, might punish myself on the way home later in the evening and do swains, haven't done it now for a week or two, Ive been paying more attention to another hill.... When I took Emma to Madrid, I wanted to get a huge leg of serano ham but they were stupidly expensive, I'm guessing though that's tourist prices, maybe from a traditional delicatessen over there it would be much cheaper.....
