  • Dear WW, I was a bit worried in the first few days that my legs would sooner or later refuse to operate! In training I did a back to back 60 miler and 90 milers (to simulate cycling on less than fresh legs) I never did any more than 2 days in a row. By the end of the lejog, my legs were actually starting to feel better, helped I'm sure by the fact that my last 2 days were shorter. I agree with edscoble that it is as much of a mental thing as physical. Skive, pleasure, hope they help!
